100% Shiraz from 10-year old vines planted on Onkaparinga Ridge, which has very shallow soils over limestone & slate and is one of the highest elevation vineyards in McLaren Vale. Yields were low at 2.5 tons per acre and the wine was aged in 50% new, French barrique. De Lisio named this wine Krystina, after his wife.
