2006 Shiraz - Barossa Valley

The aim of this wine was to reflect the single vineyard site, located on the Greenock Creek. Therefore traditional and non-interventionist winemaking techniques were utilised. Using slate lined open fermenters, this wine was on skins for seven days before basket pressing straight to seasoned French Oak barrels.
