In 1827, legendary explorer and cartographer Henry Hellyer created a road through the wilds of Tasmania. Honoring his name and spirit, a group of dairy farmers created Hellyers Road Distillery, Australia’s biggest seller of locally crafted whisky. Using high-quality locally sourced ingredients, Hellyers Road continues to win significant international awards and exports its whiskies to more than 20 countries.
