Bremerton coulthard cabernet sauvignon
The name Coulthard is in recognition of our ancestors who arrived in South Australia from England aboard the HMS Buffalo in 1836.
Cabernet has a very long history in Langhorne Creek and is one of the original red varietals that established the region. This fruit was grown on ancient alluvial flood plain soil, traditional to this area and as a result of an individual parcel selection, has allowed us to show the pure varietal expression of Langhorne Creek Cabernet.
It displays a classic ripe cassis aroma with supportive savory notes. A well-balanced palate showing ripe dark fruits enhanced by a silky textural finish.
