Winner’s Tank Shiraz Viognier
This wine is produced from the same vineyard as Winner’s Tank Shiraz. The higher elevated, lower yielding section of the vineyard produces fruit that David Knight and Reid Bosward consider to be unique in character. They harvest this section a week later and keep it separate, aging it in French oak barriques.
