Hand-picked Dixon’s Creek and Upper Yarra Chardonnay. Flint, oyster shell, orange blossom, peanut husk, mandarin, brioche, white flowers along with hints of pear and spice. Good integrity from aroma to flavor. A generosity of fruit weight with a focused underlying citrus saline acidity. The finish is complex, savory and moreish.
