For as long as we can remember, we have been asked: when are you guys going to make a Pet Nat? To be honest, we had – with quite extreme results – and we’ve been a little bit scarred from the experience. But after 9 years, like a phoenix that rises from the ashes, we rise like bubbles in sparkling wine.
Introducing: Sea Foam – our first release of Pet Nat. Of course, if we were going to do a pet nat, it was going to be Fiano, and it’s worked out an absolute treat. All bright tropical fruits and poached pears, with a sea- spray like saltiness like you’ve just popped out of the ocean on a summer day. A lush and truly joyous thing to drink.
